Tik Tok Launched CBEC Livestreaming Sales 抖音首场报税跨境直播

28th of March, Tik Tok ran its first CBEC livestreaming sales “Magic Bounded Warehouse”, officially launched its very first international buy event. This event was in cooperation with New World Duty Free Shop and Tik Tok live streamer Mr. Ma Shuai, live streamed in Ningbo Bounded Area.
今年3月28日,抖音首场全球购“神奇保税仓”专场活动正式推出。首场活动联合新世界免税店,抖音签约主播马帅在宁波保税区直播。

In the 9 hours of the livestreaming show, the fans placed over 130,000 orders with RMB 33,000,000 sales revenue. Accumulated viewer of 2.580,000, the show ranked first on Tik Tok livestreaming sales platform.
在超过9小时的跨境直播中,共产生13万单,超3300万销售额的好成绩。累计观看人数258万,长时间倨当天下午卖货榜第一。

 
Mr. Ma sold 40 types of products, mostly beauty products from first tier international brands, among which four of the product each was sold over 10,000 orders.
马帅直播间上架40款跨境保税仓产品,主要以大牌美妆爆品为主。共有4款单品破万单。
Other than this Ningbo special livestreaming sales event, there are two more with other two livestreamingers in Zhenzhou and Ningbo.
除了马帅28日宁波专场,还有两场其他主播在宁波和郑州开播。
 
During the shows, livestreamers were actively educating viewers about the basic knowledge about CBEC, repeating about there was no return policy, but you can cancel the order within two hours after placing it. In order to stimulate the buying pulse, some of the livestreamers said you can resell the products in other platforms, which is not legally allowed.
在直播中,主播们积极推广抖音跨境商品的知识,并不断重复没有退换货政策,但是在下单两小时内可以取消订单来规避一部分冲动消费。有一些主播会告知消费者可以在其他平台专卖这些商品,但实际上这是法律上不允许的。

It is a fact that the price of the products was much lower than the price you can find in the physical shop or the brands’ official online shops. It is universal that beauty products were taxed as luxury product, when you get to purchase duty free, the price would be drastically dropped.
这些在直播中销售的商品价格远低于专柜和电商旗舰店价格。这是公认的常识,化妆品在国际上都是属于奢侈品,会被收很高的关税,这也是为何免税销售的化妆品价格会低很多的原因。
Another fact is that this type of high volume sales can only be reached when it is a brand already known by the audience. The viewers know the brand of Tom Ford, know the price of its lipstick and know immediately when the livestreamer announce the price, it is a good purchase.
另一个事实是,这类短时大量的销售只能在品牌影响力已经很大的时候出现。观看直播的观众知道Tom Ford 品牌的口红,知道直播中卖的价格是非常划算的交易。
