2020年12月29日，宁波北仑港综合保税区、宁波前湾综合保税区顺利完成联合验收组封关验收。至此，我市梅山综保区、北仑港综保区、前湾综保区全部完成现场验收。
December 29th 2020, Ningbo Beilun Port Comprehensive Bounded Zone and Ningbo Qianwan Comprehensive Bounded Zone has successfully completed site acceptance by authorities. In addition to Meishan Comprehensive Bounded Zone, now three comprehensive bounded zones have completed the joint inspections and ready to launch officially.
宁波北仑港综保区的前身为宁波出口加工区，是我国第二批出口加工区，目前已形成以先进制造业为主，与跨境电商、国际采购配送、保税物流等产业协同发展的格局；宁波前湾综保区的前身是浙江慈溪出口加工区，经过10多年的发展，形成了以跨境电商网购保税进口为主，保税仓储、出口集拼、进口分销等为辅的业务特色。
Before the upgrading, Ningbo Beilun Port Comprehensive Bounded Zone was Ningbo Export Processing Zone, the second batch of export processing zones in China. Currently, advanced manufacturing is core business while coordinated developing with CBEC, international sourcing and delivery, and bounded logistics.
Ningbo Qianwan Bounded Zone used to be Zhejiang Cixi Export Processing Zone. After 10 years of development, now its main function is for CBEC bounded import business, supplemented with bounded warehousing, export consolidation and import distribution.
升级为综合保税区后，两地将成为目前国内开放层次最高、优惠政策最多、功能最齐全、手续最简便的海关特殊监管区域，和国家开放金融、贸易、投资、服务运输等领域的试验区和先行区，享有“免证、免税、保税、退税”政策，可率先复制推广自贸区相关改革试点经验。
Now after upgrading into comprehensive bounded zones, they shall become the customs special supervision area with the highest level of openness, the most preferential policies, the most complete functions and the easiest procedures. Meanwhile, become the pilot and pioneer zones in the field of finance, trade, investment and transportation, enjoy policies of “certificate free, tax free, bounded and tax refund”to take the lead in replicating and promoting the experience of relevant reform in pilot the free trade zone.
